Google Cloud Project Access

If you would like us to be able to access your account to help assist with items like this in the future, follow the instructions below to start a ticket with "Google Cloud Project Access" as the ticket line and send us a link to this article for reference. We won't charge for simply getting access, but if the ticket is in the context of fixing a bug, we will bill for the time it takes to fix the issue.

This is often helpful for managing Google Recaptcha or Google Maps.

1. If you don’t already have a project, https://console.cloud.google.com/
2. Go to https://console.cloud.google.com/iam-admin and Select "Grant Access"
3. For Principal, we will give you email address to invite through the ticket above.
4. For Role, select “Owner” or applicable Roles as defined in the ticket above.
