Why are the changes I am making in the control panel not showing up?

We're sorry that your changes aren't showing up as you expect them to be, but don't worry, we'll get to the bottom of this.

The first thing to do is to make sure you are making changes on your production site. Changes made on a development site do not transfer to a production site so it is imperative that once your site has launched you make all changes on the production site. It's easy to continue updating the development site after a site launch not realizing you need to be updating production instead (Hey...we've done the same thing!).

Another possibility is that your website is set up with a caching feature and is not resetting the cache correctly.
